An exceedingly popular soft cheese in England, Somerset Brie is claimed to be the best-selling brie in Britain. Much like most mass-produced bries, it has a delicate sharp flavour with a hint of mushroom. No surprises either with the (edible) rind, which is pure white and silken. Somerset Brie is produced by Lubborn Cheese Ltd and arrives on the cheeselover's plate with a slightly-above-average-for-brie fat content of 50%
