Legendary training given to various special forces and intelligence-gathering personnel, it largely consists of being taught how to be nice, by immersing trainees in small groups in a (relatively) stress-free environment (by military standards, of course). Trainees are given hotel-style accommodations and food, encouraged to smile, be cheerful, and are lavished with praise for any extra effort made during the training period, with infractions dealt with in a gently chiding, yet effective manner. The end result is a person so aggressively mellow and well-bred that they seem to "crap vanilla ice cream".
