Lots of drama in this one! War between the houses of Saul and David! (2 Samuel 3) Plenty of smiting! (In 2 Samuel 5 through 2 Samuel 8 there's non-stop smiting!) Lots of violence (2 Samuel 4:12) and jealousy too (2 Samuel 13).
