Abandoned Reality (AR) is a MUD based on Diku, Envy, and Merc. AR has totally unique areas (8000+ rooms), hundreds of quests, unique code features, unique race/class system, and a very comprehensive level/experience system. AR also has playerkilling, but only optional. Roleplaying is almost a must on AR, and to get past a certain level, a long background "roleplay" sheet must be written. Although AR has a small playerbase, it's unique, well coded, and comprehensive roleplaying world is top notch. AR can be connected to at abandoned.org on port 4444.
