A condition reputedly common amongst marijuana users which is characterized by a number of symptoms including: increased levels of apathy, difficulty in beginning tasks, problems accomplishing goals, diminished attention span and concentration, tendencies towards introversion, and lowered verbal and cognitive ability.

This syndrome is considered common knowledge by many but is still considered controversial by the scientific community as there is not a substantial body of evidence pointing either way on the subject.
