A fictional character from the television show Mr. Belvedere (1985-1990) as portrayed by Michele Matheson. Angela was the stereotypical ditzy blonde but good-natured girl who always meant well. Angela was the best friend of Heather Owens(actress Tracy Wells) and she had a crush on Heather's brother, Kevin. There was a recurring gag on the show with Angela constantly butchering Mr. Belvedere's name. Whenever she saw him she would say, "Hi Mr Bubbles," or "Hi Mr. Babblemouth" and I think she even called him Mr. Beetlejuice at one time. She was not a major character on the show but whenever she appeared I always thought she was more entertaining than annoying.
