One of the villains of the Freakazoid show. Arms had arms that were forever locked into an odd position. They were bent and his hands were stuck on his hips. He dressed as a 30's style gangster with a dapper suit, thin mustache, and fedora. Despite his handicap, he was very agile and could take out the Freakazoid by getting him in a headlock and mussing him around. Freakazoid eventually killed him by tossing him off a large pit. Arms Akimbo is survived by his son, Arms Akimbo Jr.
