As fit as a butcher's dog

Quaint British simile used to refer to a person who is very fit, (the inference being that a dog owned by a butcher is likely to feed well on scraps of meat and consequently be very fit).

Also, the phrase is sometimes used by blokes to describe a particularly attractive woman.
