Term used for the seemingly conscious acts that can occur during a seizure. Though these acts (such as facial twitches, walking and wandering, repeated body movements, etc) seem to preclude unconsciousness, the sufferer is, in fact, having a seizure and is not aware of people or the environment around them. the actions are without conscious control.
