A rather quaint, but very very cosy pub in Drumbeg, near Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Think old red brick walls, comfy faux leather chairs and a great deal of craic and Guinness!

I believe there has been a drinking establishment on the premises for many years - at least since the 1940s.
In the eighties though, I went to the school next door, and no licensed pub was on the site. We did often see the headmaster disappearing in there on Friday lunchtimes, and he often returned smelling a great deal more like Guinness, so I guess the tales of an illegal drinking den are true!

Nowadays it's all above board, and the pub is great. It has a lovely beer garden and quiz night every Wednesday.
