The Campaign for a Real All Hallow's Eve, or CRAHE, seeks to promote an observation of Hallowe'en that is free from Cocacolization. Ideally, we should go back to having Samhain, but we're ready to accept that the festival has bifurcated, becoming Hallowe'en and Bonfire Night. (Americans: Bonfire Night is what Brits do on the 5th of November, because they didn't go and worship the great pumpkin the previous week.)

Horror-themed fancy dress parties
Pumpkin lanterns

The Great Pumpkin
Trick-or-treat
Kids who think that Superman or Princess Leia are good Hallowe'en costumes
