Cannibal Chickens do exist

My mom ordered over 400 chickens online a couple of weeks ago. I was in my room when my mom comes up to me and tells me to order her some chickens online. I'm totally confused. I ask myself "Is it possible to order chickens online?" She then shows me this catalog filled with chickens that allows you to choose which type of chickens you want. I go to the site and order her chickens.

They arrive one week later. My family is eating breakfast when the phone rings. It was the post-office. They wanted us to go pick up the chickens because they had arrived and were making too much noise. My mom drives and picks them up.
Two weeks have now passed. The chickens are seperated in 50's. Just yesterday my mom finds 3 chickens dead with their legs torn off and half their body missing. We inspect their cage and see that there is no way an outside animal could have killed them. We look at the other chickens, most of their butts(do chickens have butts?) filled with blood. We see chickens poking at other chickens and realize they're eating each other.

We go by our local feedstore, Morenos, and buy "Anti-Pick" to control our little problem. Wasn't all that expensive and the owner of the store acted as if this was normal. We put the lotion on them and observed. Nothing...their picking at eachother continued. I went to see them today and one chicken was missing it's leg. Maybe we just have crazy chickens who were abducted by aliens and now eat chicken, or perhaps it's the water. Whatever it is I think it's odd. I took a picture of the chickens today because most of my friends don't believe it. Maybe the Anti-Pick will work soon.

What you've got there, is too many chickens! You see, chickens have to establish the pecking order by pecking on each other. With chickens in flocks of fifty, that's a lot of pecking. If you divide them into smaller flocks, say twelve chickens per flock, they will do less pecking and you won't get so many dead chickens. Also, beware the chicken mans.
