Paper-thin slices of raw meat or fish. Technically cooked, as it's flash-heated to the proper temperature to prevent food poisoning, then allowed to cool. Served with seasonings such as mayonnaise (real hand-made stuff, not Kraft or Miracle Whip), olive oil, fresh garlic, white pepper, lemon juice, mustard, and oregano (thanks to JCCyC for the last two). Every carnivore should try it.
