Charmian Carr

She played Liesl von Trapp in the Sound of Music alongside Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer. I fall in love with her every time I watch that movie. Liesl, that is, not Charmian. Stupid Rolfe.

She was born in Chicago, December 27th, 1942, to a vaudeville actress and a musician. Besides the Sound of Music, she was in some TV show called Evening Primrose in 1966.

She's written two books with someone named Jean Strauss, one of which will be released May 15, 2001. Both books deal with playing Liesl, so I guess she hasn't really gotten past that... kinda creepy.
