| I was about 12 years old. I was in the humor section of Brentano's, and I came across this. It's in an old-fashioned composition notebook, and considering the year it was published (1997), it has some pretty funny gags. Surprisingly enough, it doesn't make fun of Chelsea herself too much. Roger Clinton and Boris Yeltsin get the brunt of it. Includes a gift certificate to Krazy Vaklav's House of Liquor.
