Cheryl Blossom, introduced to Archie Comics in 1994, was the farce of the Archie Andrews love triangle, splitting things in all directions. Her red hair, green eyes, and seductively evil smile was supposed to be alluring towards the male population of readers, and while it probably did give some of the prepubescent boys something to take under the covers after bedtime besides National Geographic, it didn't last long. Cheryl was from another town, Pembrook probably. She attended a rich private school, and just mysteriously came into the plot after Archie. She was supposed to be Veronica's arch-nemesis because of thier unbelievable similarities. Cheryl only came into the 48-page comics, rarely appearing in the digest or double-digest comic, providing absolutely no entertainment to the readers.
