Chili's is a national food chain similar to T.G.I. Fridays, or Applebee's, but less annoying.
If you're in an area that has one, you were subjected to the "baby back ribs" song. If you don't know what I mean, don't ask. It's painful.
Has a vaguely western/mexican feel to the decor, and has entree's that support that, including the aforementioned ribs, giagantic burgers, tacos, pitas, steaks, and the like.
Their desserts deserve special mention, as they are much better than one would expect in a similar restaurant.

As far as prices go, they are similar to Applebee's and T.G.I. Fridays, and it's possible to eat cheap if you stick to filling items like their never-ending chips n' salsa, or their signature onion dish, the Awesome Blossom.
