A high potency synthetic heroin, which often contains trace amounts of toxic chemical impurities. These impurities give one a disease with Parkinson's disease like symptoms. Very bad. Also known as fentanyl as opposed to heroin which is diacetylmorphine.

1/2 shot of White Creme De Cacao, 1/2 shot of Baily's Irish Creme, Cinnamon

layer the creme de cacao and baily's and sprinkle with cinnamon
