Denhany Dorset Drum is a traditional hard English cheese, which is chewy and dense. A smaller version of Denhay Cheddar, it is a vegetarian truckle cheese made from cow's milk with a natural rind. It is matured for six to nine months before vending. Denhany Dorset Drum has won silver at the British Cheese Awards. Its fat content is fifty percent.
