This is a Rudy Ray Moore movie along the lines of Dolomite and Dolomite II. In this one, the Master of Kung Fu owns a nightclub called Blueberry Hill, and his nephew gets hooked on PCP. Rudy Ray Moore decides to take the law into his own hands and kick some ass. Unfortunately, he does not say "Dolomite is my name and fuckin up motherfuckers is my game", but this one is definitely worth viewing anyway. Keep an eye open for the witch.
