God gave you the ability to express your thoughts and emotions openly. If he wanted you to stop expressing these feelings and emotions he would have shut off that part of your brain before you became tired enough to want to lay down and fall asleep.
But...he didn't. Sit there and complain about how tired you are, but the truth is you have too much information in your head to node about...you don't have time to sleep.
Don't stop (noding). You can sleep when you're dead.
