Blindfolded and bound to a small bar she imagines herself a hawk;
hooded, belled, and jessed to her master's leather clad hand.
Squeezing his fist, he pulls her to him
then releases.
She soars and swoops, all noble grace ... freedom hers for the taking
and joyfully returns.
