The PRNG of E2; the Everything 2 Pseudorandom Number Generator.

A device with 2 modes:

In the first mode, picks any node with uniform probability, except yours get much smaller probability. This is used in the Random node nodelet.
In the second mode, picks Brian Eno with probability 0.95, otherwise picks some node with Voltaire or Candide in it. This mode is used in the Random Node link.

And YOU get to pick which one you want!
