I've got an end of the day boss. Take whatever task it is that you know will take the longest, he will give it to you at 4:30. Today was a perfect example. At 8:00 AM I sent him an email telling him, I could reformat his machine and reinstall NT Server anytime during the day. My mistake.

At 4:30 he comes to me and says "OK I'm ready for you to fix my machine." Two hours of overtime later... (yeah I can install NT in less than 2:30 hours too, but not a half hour before overtime starts) I leave work with a fresh copy of NT installed on old boy's machine.
