Wenn Baden-Badens Bademeister baden, baden Baden-Badener auch. = When the pool attendants of Baden-Baden (German city) swim, then the people of Baden-Baden also swim.

Denen Dänen, denen Dänen Dänen dehnen, dehnen deren Dänen. = Those Danes, that stretch the Dane's Danes, stretch their Danes.

Zehn Ziegen ziehen zehn Zentner Zement zum Zahnarzt, zum zementieren zerbrochener Zähne. = Ten goats draw ten hundredweights cement to the dentist, to cement broken teeth.

Der Papscht het z'Schpiez ds Schpäck-Bschteck z'schpät bschtellt. (Berner dialect) = The Pope ordered the fork and knife for smoked ham in Spietz too late.

Es klebt in meinem Kannenset Kartoffelpufferpfannenfett! = Sticking in my pot set is potato fritter fat!

Konstantinopolitanischeduddelsackpfeifenröhrlifabrikantentochter = Daughter of the manufacturer of Constantinople bagpipe pipes

Just adding a couple:

Wenn hinter Fliegen Fliegen fliegen, fliegen Fliegen Fliegen nach - When flies are flying behind flies, flies fly behind flies.... sounds better in German.

Also, a similar one:

Wenn hinter Griechen Griechen kriechen, kriechen Griechen Griechen nach - When Greeks crawl behind Greeks, then Greeks are crawling behind Greeks. Again, doesn't translate very well.

My apartment in Zürich has a sign inside the front door asking that the door always be locked after 20:00. I arrived at 19:50 last night, and two steps inside I was confronted by the elderly Frau Wasserman from next door. The Frau was demanding "haben Sie die Tür gesperrt?" ("have you locked the door?")

My German being weak, I slowly formed the response in my head: "Es ist noch nicht nach acht!" ("it is not yet after eight!")

She had locked the door and walked away before I had gotten that out clearly.

Here are a couple tongue twisters I learned from my German relatives:

In Ulm und um Ulm und um Ulm herum.--In Ulm and around Ulm and around Ulm hereabouts.

Fischer's Fritze fischt frische Fische, frische Fische fischt Fischer's Fritze.--Fritz Fisher catches fresh fish, fresh fish Fritz Fisher catches.

And these are some more tongue twisters I found in Rick Steves' French, Italian, and German Phrase Book and Dictionary:

Zehn zahme Ziegen zogen Zucker zum Zoo.--Ten domesticated goats pulled sugar to the zoo.

Blaukraut bleibt Blaukraut und Brautkleid bleibt Brautkleid.--Bluegrass remains bluegrass and a wedding dress remains a wedding dress.

Die Katze trapst die Treppe rauf.--The cat is walking up the stairs.

Ich komme über Oberammergau, oder komme ich über Unterammergau?--I am coming via Oberammergau, or I am coming via Uberammergau?
