Growing Up and Liking It is a series of educational booklets aimed at preadolescent and adolescent females, funded by several menstrual hygiene manufacturers. These booklets, given away to 5th and 6th graders in the United States since the 1930s, suggest and offer manufacturer's own products as the hygienic solution to menstruation, with hopes that women who start with a particular brand stick with it. To encourage this idea, booklets contain order forms for "Hygiene-" or "Starter Kits".

Within a series of sensitive Q&A letters between three fictional girls with varied personalities, Growing Up and Liking It discusses the tampon vs. sanitary napkin debate, the menstrual cycle, sexual body development, PMS, menopause, hysterectomies, and boys!
