128k RAM and upgradable. They even sell 4 meg cards, although they're rather expensive. Also features an infrared port; the calculator can be configured to act as a remote control. If you're going for an HP calc, I'd definitely recommend the HP48GX over the expensive and rather ugly HP49G. (The latter even has rubber keys.)
