| A beer produced by independent London based brewers Fullers. This is one of their quartet of seasonal ales and is available in the spring. It is novel among beers produced by large breweries in that it is organic. That is it uses only natural ingredients farmed and produced without using chemicals. The beer has a deep golden colour which comes from organic honey which is added to the beer during it's production. The taste is light and sharp with an initial sweetness on the tongue. |
