A gathering of Kite pilots involving copious amounts of wind, lots of sun, and of course, wind. Kite flights are places for Kite Pilots to show off their kites and their piloting skills.
I usually go to kite flights to see what new kites people have. Some of them are hand made and extremely cool. Others are the standard, store bought kites. All are welcome to fly.
A kite flight is a great way to meet very laid-back people.
