One of the nine Dungeons & Dragons character alignments. Lawful Evil characters obey and use the law, but have no concern for the well-being of others. Character archetypes that fall into this category are:
- Lawyers
- Bureaucrats
- The CIA
OK, so those aren't AD&D archetypes, but they're still pretty darn evil.
