A book mostly of
photographs
with
captions
of said
reconnaisance
jet, "Lockheed SR-71" by
Paul F. Crickmore
is an excellent book for people who want lots of pictures of what is,
in my opinion
, one of
the best looking aircraft of all time
. It has a decent amount of
technical information
on the
SR-71
, though you'll get much more from reading a more
information-dens
e book suck as "
SR-71 Revealed
", which, incidentally, makes a nice
companion volume
to this book.
