This is the shame which you incur by working at a McJob. Once you have McShame, you cannot get rid of it until you get a real job. Most people with McShame have it all throughout their college careers until they enter the "real" workforce, but some are dedicated enough to be a co-op or intern which can somewhat ease the McPain.
