| This is easy to make and very impressive looking. Great for your next soiree because it doesn't need to be cooked, so you won't find yourself running out of burner space. It can be served as an appetizer or as a dessert.
Melon Swirl Soup
serves: 4
Procure:
2 cups peeled, cubed cantaloupe
1 tbsp honey
2 cups peeled, cubed honeydew melon
1 tbsp lime juice
Execute:
1. Combine cantaloupe and honey in your blender or Cuisinart. Cover and blend one minute until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Cover and chill.
2. Combine honeydew and lime juice in your rinsed blender or Cuisinart. Cover and blend one minute until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Cover and chill.
3. When ready to serve pour approx. 1/4 cup of each mixture in to bowls side by side.draw a toothpick or knife through melon mixtures to create the swirl design. Enjoy immediately.
