Mr. Twig is a hand puppet consisting of a twig wearing a gay pride t-shirt. This latter element probably signifies that Mr. Garrison has become a bit more open about his sexual orientation.
Eventually, Mr Hat returns to Mr. Garrison, and Mr. Twig, realizing that it is Mr Hat that Mr. Garrison truly loves, leaves the two to reunite. |
