Someone who performs cunnilingus, especially if s/he does so with particular enthusiasm. Often used to refer to lesbians, under the assumption that they do so. (I'm told that not all do.)

(I fail to understand why anyone would use words referring to such pleasant acts as insults. But then, go figure out fuck.)
