| I did a brief Google and did find an article on the discovery of this 'element' dated from the 1880's, but no later information. It could have been renamed, or as frequently happened it could have been ultimately identified as a compound of an existing chemical element, or a simply sloppy work in the laboratory. As the era was completely innocent of the concepts of atomic numbers and atomic weight, it may be impossible today to find what Norwegium really was. I Imagine that the information is buried somewhere in a dead tree or microfilm archive.
