Ramstedt's operation

Ramstedt's operation is the other name for the currently accepted treatment for pyloric stenosis, pyloromyotomy. It is named after Conrad Ramstedt (1867-1963), a Prussian surgeon who first described this operation in Medizinische Klinik on October 20, 1912.
