River Falls, Wisconsin. A small town with about 11,000 people. River Falls is mostly in Pierce County, though a bit lies in St. Croix County to the north. There's one major dialup ISP called PressEnter. There are a couple stores and a one-screen cinema downtown with good popcorn. Really a quite boring place to live. The University of Wisconsin River Falls is here, a mediocre school. The Kansas City Chiefs practice here in the Spring. The Midwestern weather can be very severe much of the year.

It's also one of the most rapidly expanding towns in Wisconsin. Our political system is of dubious value.
