An Australian goat's milk cheese, its moist cheesecakey texture and fresh lemony flavour makes it an excellent accompaniment to Champagne or slatey riesling.

The cheese is sold in two versions, plain, and ash covered. It's ripe in three weeks and has a fat content of 35%.
