The Civic Minded Five

The Civic Minded Five are:

• Jungle Janet, a rather Amazonian woman from the depths of South America. She is seven feet tall and posesses great strength. Her costume is the always tasteful leopard-skin leotard. She has much expertise with swinging from vines.
• The Carpeted Man, a guy having no natural powers. His weapon is his costume, a suit made of carpet. As he walks over any surface, the suit builds up a charge of static electricity which can be discharged at the enemy. Unfortunately, his costume is very warm, and he tends to overheat. Frequently loses consciousness during the summer months.
• Feral Boy, a boy found in the wild. Untamed by society, he is quite easily the most feral member of the group. He was raised by wolves, and is much closer to being a canine than a human. Feral Boy drools a lot and can't speak at all, besides growling noises. He likes to climb trees, and can drive, but not very well. His costume consists solely of a loincloth. The Tick really likes to play fetch with him.
  
  "Good Feral Boy, good boy!"

  Captain Mucilage, a man with the power of glue. He squirts massive amounts of mucilage at enemies, trapping them with a mixture far more potent than even Krazy Glue. He is very sticky. Incredibly so. Don't shake his hand. At best, it is really really unpleasant, and at worst, well, let's just say that you'll be spending the rest of the day using a chisel.

  Four-Legged Man, the leader of the group. He does, in fact, have four legs, which have the obvious advantage of being able to stop evil twice as good as any mere biped. His costume is much like that of Superman, only Four-Legged Man's suit is red and yellow. He wears his underwear on the outside. Four-Legged Man is more or less the Reed Richards figure of The Civic Minded Five.
