The single most forgettable character in the Babylon 5 universe. Introduced in 2259, in Season 2's "Points of Departure". He becomes obsessed with a Shadow ship which kills his commanding officer. This obsession later kills him when he tracks a Shadow vessel through hyperspace and records images of it in an attempt to prove what he saw. (cf. "The Fall of Night")
