Wayne State University is located in downtown Detroit, MI. They have a pretty good theater program, and an OK computer science. There isn't much campus life, though, as something like 85% of the 35,000 students commute. If you do wind up&living on campus, there are no dorms. Try for University Tower, as they have ethernet connections to the internet in the apartments, and you'll get great NPR reception, as WDET 101.9 is located in the building.
