Weber's Law

In psychology, Weber's law states that the size of the jnd, amount it takes you to notice something changed, changes, directly, with the size of the standard.
For example, say we have a given object, the standard, that weighs 5 pounds. The jnd of this object will be half that of an object that weighs 10 pounds. The jnd of an object weighing 20 pounds will be 4 times the one weighing 5 pounds, and so on.
