In the
12th century,
Kublai Khan sent a force of 200,000
mongol warriors to
Japan, because he wanted it. They all got in boats, one
fhuge fleet, and sailed across.
Then a storm came, and destroyed the fleet.
The Khan was not pleased. He sent another fleet.
The same thing happened. Big storm, fleet destroyed.
The Japanese called this storm the "divine wind", or "kamikaze".
Only one brand of sake deserves this fine moniker: "Kamikaze no Ikari no Sake". Every bottle has a Mitsubishi Zero on the lable, on a background of sakura to remind you that, since all things come to an end, you might as well drink up.
Kampai!
