name I
made up myself, by analogy with
banana snow. Takes all of 5
minutes to prepare, but don't tell that to your
guests! Prepare it as close to serving as possible.

Whip cream till fairly stiff. Spoon in applesauce and stir in gently. Add ground cinammon and/or lemon peel (if using).
