Bumph is Australian slang for toilet paper. Also, one could be accused of talking bumph, meaning 'espousing ridiculous concepts.'

It is also British slang for all the extra inserts and other bits of paper (adverts, charity requests, subscitption forms) that fall out of magazines when you pick them up off the newsagent's shelf.
