Use firm bananas, dip in a mixture of cooking chocolate and dessicated coconut (melted over a double boiler), insert an ice-cream stick in one end.

Place into freezer bags and freeze for at least an hour.

Remove from freezer and eat!

Grown-up versions can include kaluha or grand marnier in the chocolate.
