A flying BioDredd throne from the television series Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future. Like the other large Captain Power toys, this throne was equipped with a CCD, which would cause your ship to react to damage; and a strobe light, which would cause damage to other toys. The Interlocker could hold one figure; Lord Dredd was included.

The actual throne part was separable from the three-legged base. The only to aim the thing's gun was to peer through a periscope-type thing mounted on top. Yeah, it was annoying.
