A professional wrestling maneuver:

1) The executor puts the victim's head between the executor's legs.
2) He then reaches under the victim and clenches both his hands around the victim's stomach.
3) The executor then heaves the victim up into the air until he reaches a roughly horizontal position, then reverses momentum and slams the victim down onto the canvas.
