In general, not good things. However, in many cases what is construed as sexual misconduct is actually consensual and much desired by both parties. It has become a bit of a dead albatross in the business world, as pursuing every charge of misconduct is time-consuming but necessary to ensure employee morale. Of course, sometimes pursuit brings a decrease in morale in and of itself, as witch-hunts tend to undermine internal faith in a business. |
